These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Crossy applications for iPhone, iPad, and Android ("Crossy"). By downloading, installing, or using Crossy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About Crossy
Crossy is a crossword solver app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Some history, drafts, statistics, and preferences are stored locally, while submitted solver requests are processed online as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. License and Use
- We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Crossy on compatible devices that you own or control and as permitted by the terms of the store where you downloaded it.
- You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the app except as permitted by applicable law.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Crossy, including its name, user interface, graphics, and all related content (excluding any content you lawfully provide on your device), is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by the app's developer.
4. Privacy
Your use of Crossy is subject to our Privacy Policy. Crossy does not require a personal sign-in. Some app data is stored locally, while submitted clues, voice recordings, and related context are sent to our service providers to deliver solver features. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
5. App Updates and Changes
We may update or change the app from time to time (e.g., to improve performance, add features, or address bugs). We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination
You may stop using Crossy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app unlawfully.
10. Third-Party Terms
Your use of Crossy is also subject to the applicable terms of Apple, Google, and the store where you downloaded it. If you downloaded Crossy from Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies to the extent required by Apple policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Please review periodically.
